I was gonna email you this, but I figured others might be curious also.
There ARE some real outlaw MC clubs still around, and the folks that are in them will most likely not invite "outsiders" into their "camps". They get real jumpy around new faces. If this guy invited you, then they are most likely "OK Dudes". But as when being a guest at an unfamiliar party, keep your eyes open and be cool. If you are acting nervous, they will act nervous (get my drift).
Most of the clubs nowadays don't go looking for trouble out in the open...like at rally's and such. They save that for later, and try to only include those close to the core (so nobody will squeal). A "1%" has different meanings in different clubs, but most of the "1%'ers" in the outlaw clubs are folks you DO NOT want to get to know }NOTE: I said "most of the 1%'ers", not all...good folks can be found in the darndest places 8^).....{
As for asking about specific information on specific clubs....be glad you asked us and not some of "them". You only need to know this: They don't play well with each other. There are other clubs that you didn't mention, such as the Asguards, Son's of Silence, Gypsy Jokers, Galloping Gooses, ect. They don't "play well" either with other clubs.
If the guy that asked you to come to his club's camp is a member of any of the aforementioned clubs, then go, just be smart and cool headed. Like Polar Pilot said, the VAST MAJORITY of these guys are "regular folks", and if you were invited you shouldn't have anything to worry about. I say again, there ARE still some real outlaw clubs around, but those clubs do have some great people in them too. Go! Have a good time! And be sure to tell us all about it when you get back!
